Well it's Saturday not much happened for me in a couple of wk's apart from not feeling very well as usual I cant seem to shake these things off just lately feeling so tired all the time .I have had loads of blood tests but they all come back as near as damit normal  they used to think it was my liver because it was a bit sloppy for a few years always having a high profile that made me feel as though I had flue all the time but now my profile is ok so why am I still feeling as though I have flue they cant answer that or wont doc says its nothing serious or it would have raised it's ugly head by now well it may not be serious but it gets a bit annoying when you know something isn't right but they cant pin point it. never mind a lot more people in a worse state than me so I guess im lucky so mike shut up moaning and get on with it  .

I did have some good news this wk I had a message from friends reunited a mate from way back got in touch wow he was a great mate and I was so sorry to see him leave our area he went to Africa with his parents I must have been about sixteen at the time give or take a year im now fifty eight so a while ago he said I may not recognise him but the picture he sent was just how I remember him a little older yes but he has not changed any .

He now lives in the south so a couple of hundred miles away never mind things would not be the same I guess well I doubt him still having his train set anyway's  lol .

I was really pleased to here from him as I thought a lot of him a really nice guy I think if I had not been going out with my wife we probably would have got back to being mates when he returned from Africa who knows.

I am not really a mixer so I  don't think I would ever go see him well he has his own life now just like me so ill live with my memories for now  .

I have a mate that is in to deep relaxation he will go into a trance I guess he will almost close down his body by relaxing he talks about peoples ORA and he hopes to get into heeling people not sure if I understand it but I would like to do the relaxing thing but I couldn't stay awake as soon as I sit Im asleep so I guess that's very relaxed  lol.

I bought a book on the subject to see what it was all about the book says that we all have some powers that we have just thought of as a coincidence you know the sort of thing when you new the phone was going to ring I have on a few okations though I had been somewhere before and I have in the past seemed to now of something that has come true but when you try to do this on purpose it doesn't work so I guess I have always had a interest in this sort of thing but never new what it was or how to see if it could be improved or indeed if it wasn't’ just in my mind.when I say in my mind I could have read about something or heard of something then when it happened hey I have seen in to the future lol.

well I have had a interest in this sort of thing for a long time but never took it up as a hobby not until this mate got me interested I went to a Derek acora show a few months ago he is suppose to be able to talk to the other side he didn't’have any news for me but im not saying no truth in it because I hope its right I want to see my family again when I pass over to the other side so here's hoping I guess ill give the book a good read and then decide if I think its silly or could it be right we will see.

                                               Well as the story lines says China you should be ashamed

I have received a mail from a work college who sent a mail collecting names to stop a barbaric act in China I put this film on my space and took it off on two okations I felt it to bad for people to click on it by mistake .

The film was made in secret in China it is a pole cat farm these people breed these animals for the fur this goes on in many places but the difference with China is that instead of killing the animals by humane means they just lift them up by there back legs and hit there heads on the floor if the pole cat dies from it's injuries that's by luck as these people don't care weather the pole cat is dead or not .

they then hang the pole cat up on a spike and cut into it's tail then they carry on to strip the animal of it's fur the film shows one pole cat lifting it's head probably in pain and the man then hits it across the head with his knife not knocking the animal out just to stop it biting him the animal struggles even when its fur has been torn from its back the man then after complely skining thsis animal throws it onto a pile of other pole cats that have had the same thing done to them the camera clearly shows the pole cats lifting there heads on this pile still alive but the pain they must be going through must be the only thing that kills them it takes about ten minutes for these poor animals to die.

I watched this film and it knocked me sick and the nexed day I cant get it out of my mind that's why I have not put it on my space but I am putting the link on if you decide to look at this cruelty your anger may help in some way as mine is as I have put my name to the petition to downing street but the link goes on around the world I have know idea where it will end up  but someone somewhere have to do something to stop this cruelty .

I am not a violent man but I must be honest if I had seen this in real life god forgive me I would have strangled this man with my bare hands and not felt any guilt for my actions .

whatever we do will not be enough but at least it would be a start My own country have a horrible sport that's fox hunting when the dogs catch up with the animal they rip the poor fox to bits it has now been banned in the UK but why would anyone call this a sport I don't know so if we can ban that we can get this in China banned at least it would be against the law but I am sure it would still go on but at least it would stop some of it happening .

another thing is whale hunting as far as i know we are not suppose to hunt these animals either because of the decline in the world but some of us think that it only counts for some country's not there's what a rotten lot the human race can be .

                                                  Please someone help these poor animals any suggestions
