Well we have all heard by now our very own Garry Glitter is back in the UK .

I am not proud of the fact that he came from the UK but I guess he had to come from somewhere so we will have to take the blame for him ,I say we will have to take the blame as a country I think we should have done more to help this person and all other sex offenders instead of just putting a person in prison we should have known he was thinking this way years before he did these things .

I cant think of any way that we could have done this but I think it is about time that we all as the whole world should be now trying to stop bad things from being bred into us Like a

alcoholic

it's in their genes why not try to do something in the unborn to help as with Drug_addiction girl being pregnant at the time she is taking drugs will have the affect of the baby being born a drug addict they treat this baby as soon as it's born so why not do the same for a sex offender or a alcoholic .most of my family from my fathers side have had a drink problem or are just very heavy drinkers some can control it some cant.

The same goes for our parents in as much as well my mother wasn't the brightest I know that sounds very bad of me I loved my mother very much and she had a heart of gold but well I took after her in that way my dad well he was clever in a lot of ways my brother took after him he is a retired accountant I drive a van you see what I am getting at the genes.

A lot of things are to do with the way we are brought up if your parents don't’ take the time to watch over the kids then they can go astray and before you know it you are wondering why they turned out this way I was very proud of my kids I could take them anywhere and I knew that they would behave because I was very tough in that department and they knew they would be in trouble if they strayed from that rule,however a couple of them can shift quite a lot of alcohol if they fancy it because one side of the family came from that my daughter  can shift it to but gets ill from it that's the other side of the family.

I guess they may not have liked me putting that but if they are doing something that they think is wrong now's the chance to change it if they think I am wrong and that it's not a correct description of them then again they can prove me wrong im not afraid  that I welcome it in fact.

I can remember when I was little I used to go to Sunday school I was taught the nice things in life when I came home I wanted to tidy the house for my mother clean the car for my dad that was some of the things that Sunday school did for me apart from the bible side of things it felt good to do something nice I think that passed down to me for a while as when I was in the senior school I used to go to this home that was for the down syndrome kids I used to take a couple of mates and play games with them get them dancing and singing I used to like singing in those days but none of my friends aver said you cant sing because the other side of me would thump them yes I used to get in scrapes when I was young even though I wanted to do nice things it was as if I had two sides of me that is true today some kids seem nice but get up to some bad things why is what I cant undrestand why should we have two sides to us do our government try to look into these things no it isn't needed they day well I am saddened to see what the UK is turning into when I go out I see bear bottles and cans thrown on the foot path see food packages on the floor or thrown into the bushes of someone's garden I wa walking home from the shop the other day and a guy was urinating in the street right oopsit a block of flats and children were playing a few feet away .you can walk a few miles at wk end and you are guaranteed to see at least one bus shelter has been smashed for what why would anyone find it good to smash a large pice of glass other than hate for themselves are they crying out for some help I wonder.

As I said earlier I loved my parents very much but I have never really shown my emotions to my kids I find it hard my sister brought it home to me once when she visited she said it is because our parents never hugged us when we were little they gave us everything but I guess we didn't get much love in that way anyway's I told my son one day to always give your kids a hug for me just one minute will stay with them and he does and you know what they are so that way they always give their nana and granddad a big hug because they think that's the way it should be .

I think we should teach respect in schools as I think that is one lesson we have left out of today's schooling respect for our elders respect for authority respect for our county our world and ourselves.

Well I got that off my chest I hope that I have not offended anyone including my family but it was all true as family go I think I belong to a good one even with the bad points we may have but I am sure we all have a ghost in our cupboard somewhere that we would rather forget about one of the things I am trying to do at the monument is to take stock of my life and try to do a little better with what I have left twenty odd years I guess if I am lucky so I can still make a difference in that time .

I hope this will make someone out on the net think about themselves and their own family and friends and if it did do something for someone then  good if not no harm done

so ill say by for now and be good as you know what goes around does come around.

What started to be a very bad day for me this Saturday finished leaving me to feel proud of our great athletes in Beijing especially our boatmen to say they put there heart into it was a understatement I was worried that there heart would burst at any time  with the work load that they put into the race,it's a pity that our government couldn't spend a little money on helping our young to do these things like most other countries instead of wasting money in so many things that they do best.Government take note what we could achieve if you helped our young athletes.

Saturday was the day Great Britain struck gold with four Olympic titles on a truly historic day for Team GB.

Swimmer Rebecca Adlington smashed the 800m freestyle world record on her way to a second gold medal of the Games, cyclist Bradley Wiggins retained his 4000m pursuit title, Chris Hoy cruised to victory in the keirin cycling and Britain's dominance in men's coxless four continued.

And in addition, Brits claimed a silver in the keirin and four bronze medals in sculling, rowing and cycling.

The American swimmer well need I say more what a great athlete this guy is eight gold medals most people would give there right arm just to be entered into the Olympics let alone  win a gold but eight well lets hope he gets his reward when he gets home so good luck to well everyone they all deserve a medal as far as I am concerned and I am sure they are all proud to do this for there country.

It's a far cry from when we used to hold games in the arena and had to fight  each other or lose our lives and even then we may have had to finish with a fight against a lion  I don't think they got a medal just there lives until the nexed day.

                                Well as I usually say be good if you can't just try that's all we can do our best just like our athletes.

Well it's Saturday night my Sheila has gone for a game of Bingo and so I am here to bore you all to bits but first of all I would like to take this opportunity to thank the spineless ignorant annoying scum of the earth for making my week end a miss before it really got going .

When I got up this morning and went out to my vehicle I found that this person no this scum had taken my wing mirror apart and took the glass and the motorized parts from it for I assume there own vehicle or took it as a ordered part for someone not bothering about anyone but themselves but hey im not going to wish you harm because every time someone has hurt me or upset me by doing me wrong have always had the thing returned to them I don't’ know why it just seems that way .

I try not to let these things bother me as I know I to was a bit of a idiot when I was young and I guess I partly undrestand what they do but I am so glad I have found my way back to being a reasonably decent person that's why I am not wishing these people harm but I have to let my anger out somehow I only hope this poor person can get help so he or she does not do him her any harm .last year someone broke both my mirrors not stole parts just smashed them both  I think it was new year so I guess that they had had a glass of bear not being able to take it they did this another time they slit two tyres on my van but not just my vehicle but on all cars down my street . so what nexed they have been caught on camera as we have cameras in our street so they will be on it but whether it will help the police is another thing lets hope they get caught before they do to much damage .

Well now i have got that off my chest I feel a little better someone put a picture on my guest book last week but as most of you know if the picture uses a lot of bandwidth or is to large to fit in the window I usually cut it and put it back but for some reason when I  did this I lost the picture so I am sorry to that person I  cant replace it so that's the reason why it has been taken off not because I didn't want your picture .

My Sheila bought a new phone today she bought it because i gave her the money as a birthday present because i have run out of ideas as to what to get her she has loads of gold and clothes she doesn't have any hobbies only bingo and the TV so it gets a little difficult to think of anything so at least she got something herself I did think of getting a phone bit again which one I  like gadgets but Sheila doesn't really get on with them so she did the picking lets hope she likes it we will see.

Well I said i would bore you so I am not going to carry on to much but I  shall say be nice be good and if you cant be good be careful as I may have my beady eye on you all so until nexed time .

Well did any of you try the utills 2007 that I put on last wk I hope you did download it as it is a very good program and I think for free you cant do better the date is now passed for the free one but as I said if you download it and save it you will prob still be able to use it but you would not get the key as they have taken it off but you can get that key from my last page it will still work but you may not get updates as you had to register it so you may be to late to do that now. But as you have it it will still work just as well and if your happy with it you can update to 2008 as if you have the 2007 version you get the 2008 for half price .

I have had a busy week with my job I have done about fifteen hundred miles in three days so a nice ride out for me delivering the machines . that was until I broke down one day I must say I was shocked as you would expect a new merc van with only nine thousand miles on the clock to go for a little longer it was however a very small thing but it made a very big impact on the running of the vehicle as a jubilee clip came off a pipe thus stopping the turbo booster from working and as it is a automatic the gears also stop working properly as I found out just as I was overtaking a vehicle I lost all power I had to drop back and move into the hard shoulder .

I had a look at what the prob was and found the pipe disconnected from the turbo I did replace it but could only do about fifty miles per hour like this if I tried to go any faster it would blow off again not to bad I only had about sixty miles to go so it could have been worse .

I am still doing my breathing exercises some call it meditation some call it inerself activity I am not sure what I call it yet I know that it has helped me to wind down and feel a lot better in everything I do and my blood pressure is still good while I do it so I am going to take it a step further soon as soon as I  feel that I am ready and that I fully understand it well as far as I can understand at the moment I have only read about our inerself and meditation and all that sort of thing but a very old friend of mine has been doing some of the things I am getting interested in  he runs his own school for  Tai Chi  and of course our very own (H)  on spaces got me looking at it all again .

H you will have to do a experiment one day with me as your much further on than me  see what happens one thing I  have read is to agree with a person who you choose to do this tell them the day you are going to do the experiment and you then open up your inerself and think hard about this person and write everything down that comes to mind that's it simple and then ask the person to write all things down that day see if you have got anything the same sounds interesting but to far advanced for me Imam only reading into it as yet a long time to before I could even think of doing something like that.

A lot of people would say its a load of rubbish well it may be but all I know is that things have changed for me since I have been doing it and that's just breathing  exercises so who knows. I am yet to be convinced of lots of things including life as we know it and what we can expect after our life here on earth. but that's another subject.

Cruel Puppy Farming Found In UK

Countless rogue puppy traders who keep handbag-sized puppies in appalling conditions have been uncovered.

Handbag puppies are kept in awful conditions

In an undercover investigation, Cosmopolitan magazine discovered that some of the tiny dogs were kept in the dark without water or exercise for up to nine hours a day.

In June, Sky News revealed that puppies being kept in small cages in Europe were fuelling the puppy market. 

Handbag-sized dogs were made into popular fashion accessories by celebrities such as Paris Hilton and Geri Halliwell.

Cosmopolitan went undercover in numerous British pet shops and homes of private breeders, discovering hundreds of lapdogs packed into tiny cages.

"The trend for handbag-sized dogs has really taken off as followers of fashion look to celebrities for the latest 'accessory'," said Cosmopolitan editor Louise Court

"We want to warn women about the appalling conditions in which some of these puppies are reared and advise them on how to buy responsibly bred dogs."

Marie-Claire Macintosh, Head of Programmes at charity Four Paws, said that on the puppy farms the conditions are filthy - and the dogs suffer from vomiting and constant diarrhoea.

She said: "Conditions are so bad in some parts of the country that breeders ensure their bitches are constantly pregnant. When they can't have any more offspring, they are killed."

Buyers will pay up to £1,000 for one of the fashionable dogs, generating a lucrative business for breeders.

Potential dog buyers are often lured in by an advertisement which asks for a good home for an unwanted pup.

The full investigation appears in the September issue of Cosmopolitan - on sale from August 11.

  Puppies Smuggled Miles In Cages

• I have just bred a litter of Labrador puppies so do know the needs of puppies, its really hard work and has taken over my life. But have a large kennel a big outdoor run and the pups are out in a large garden all day as well. The day consists of poo picking, putting pups out and then in and mixing & feeding food and then all the washing up, and then I like to interact with them as well. I hate it when its all about the money and not about the animals needs!!!

Kenny, it matters not which dog you get from the rescue centre - they're all in need of a loving home) if it suits you and you suit the dog then you are doing it a favour (assuming you're capable of looking after ir!).\nI certainly didn't get my dog as a fashion accessory, I got him because I thought he'd be good company for us and us for him. He is now an extremely happy and well cared for dog who'd otherwise have an uncertain future! So actually, we have done him a favour and he totally deserves it!

Well did you download the utils  if not maybe this little utills will suit you better I have deleted pictures in the past and wished I hadn't but this little program This little program is a little different as i have used a program before that does this but this one reads your card in your camera and even if you have deleted a picture it can find it and reinstall the picture for you this works in the same way as other software it will only work if you have not filled your card if you have then it will have re written over the deleted picture and if that is so then you have prob lost it for good but nothing lost in looking and again it's free and legal the link for this little gem is bellow .

well as you have seen I am still here on live spaces ,I have not deleted my space as I have decided that if someone doesn't like it well they can go look else were so I have also put back the missing people and abused children as this is very near to me not that I have ever seen this myself but what we read about and one of our friends on spaces has had this so it touches us all from time to time.I cant believe I took them off just because some one called me a bore I would rather be a bore with a heart than I don't know whatever the person is.

some say this is what girls put on spaces yes that's right but I can assure anyone I am a bloke   lol  and im doing my little bit to help both the missing people and the abused children I will probably put another video on about miss treated animals as I love animals to .especially horses I have dreamt of owning a horse from being a very small boy as I remember the coal men and the rag and bone men using a horse for the delivery's so yes im getting on a little bit but hope to have a bit more time just yet so your going to have to get used to my space if your staying because im going nowhere .

well I have got interested in meditation now nothing serious as yet because I cant meditate as I fall asleep lol yes I bore myself to  lol but joking apart it has got my blood pressure from 170 over 100 to 140 over eighty not perfect yet but im told very acceptable for my age and this is now without three pills everyday so a little bit of heavy breathing has helped a lot that and I have to imagine my heart beating and I slow my heart down in my mind and as I see it slow I slow my breathing to well it works for me so if you have the same trouble give it a go what have you got to lose but hey don't forget slow it down don't stop it   lol.

i must say thanks to H for giving me the push into this as I have been interested in it for many years but never took the time to try it but after going on H  space it got me back into it and have done some reading on it and well I hope to go a bit further with it so anyone out on spaces if you have ant thoughts on this or can give any help please do send me your tips as all the help is very welcome.
